In Torshälla, you are close to beautiful nature with several green areas and lakes nearby. There is a small-town feel with a calm pace and good bus connections. Torshälla home care is divided into two groups, but we share premises. Our office is located next to the health center in Torshälla, and we belong to a cluster with Kjula, Ärla, and Skiftinge home care. You will have close collaboration with both unit managers and the group leader working in the other group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a group leader, you will lead and distribute the daily work within the team. You are responsible for scheduling, absence management, and planning of services. When challenges arise, you ensure that everyday life runs smoothly. You support and motivate your colleagues so that everyone can have a good working environment. You will also have contact with users, relatives, and partners.

You are an important link between the staff and the unit manager, and you work together to develop the operations and create quality, security, and joy at work. The unit manager provides you with clear goals and guidelines for the work. Your task is to lead the group so that you achieve them.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed and obtained a full high school education. You feel confident with IT and have good documentation habits. It is beneficial if you have experience with documentation systems such as Timecare, Medvind, PS, and/or Viva. It is also positive if you have experience working as a group leader or in a similar position, preferably within care and support. We consider it an advantage if you have worked with scheduling and planning.

For this position, you need to have a B driver's license as you may need to travel to users or attend meetings at the hospital.

You have a holistic perspective while being structured in handling challenges and variations in work pace. When there is high pressure, you prioritize your work, and when needed, it is important that you feel secure in asking for help. You have close leadership and invite participation in the workgroup. You are brave and confident in yourself and enjoy leading others. You take responsibility, are a team player, and are there for your colleagues when things get tough.
